- Whole red dry chilli pepper
- Jeeru (Cumin)
- Curry Leaves ~10
- 2 Bay Leaves
- Lots of garlic (~8 frozen cubes)
- 1 Onion
- 2 Jalapeno Chopped
- Half Roma Tomato
- Saute *really well* (like **really** well) for $10-15$ minutes
- Add pre-boiled Toor Dahl
- Salt *(according to taste)*
- Turmeric
- Cilantro Powder
- Cumin Powder
- Paprika
- Ginger Powder
- Red Crushed Pepper
- Garam Masala
- Lemon Juice
- Fresh Cilantro
